Panelists:
Agnus Berenato – Woman's Basketball Head Coach for the University of Pittsburgh. Under Berenato's guidance, Pitt has had three consecutive 20-win seasons and three consecutive post-season tournament appearances, which are both school bests. The Panthers earned their highest-ever ranking in the top 25 polls with a No. 14 Associated Press mark and No. 15 in the USA Today/ESPN Coaches Poll.
In just six seasons, Agnus Berenato has changed the face of the program at Pitt in dramatic fashion. After a second straight trip to the Sweet 16 in 2008-09, the Panther women’s basketball team has grown into a nationally ranked and recognized team. Berenato and the Panthers completed a fourth-straight record setting season, ending with the school record for wins with 25. That includes a victory over No. 8 Maryland by 29 points, a defeat of the highest ranked team in school history.
Teresa Conn – owner of the Pittsburgh Passion, Pittsburgh’s premier women’s football team. In 2008, the Passion recorded their second consectuive perfect regular season, finishing 8-0, winning the North Atlantic Division title, completing a 23-game winning streak which dated back to 2006.
Teresa Conn wears many hats…and a helmet. An original member of the Passion formed in 2002, Teresa has been instrumental in the organization’s growth. The Passion played in the National Women’s Football Association earning a National Championship title in 2007, competed in the Independent Women’s Football League finishing as 2008 semifinalists and a 2009 first round playoff contender.
Teresa has played wide receiver, free safety and special teams, while also assuming ownership, co-head coach and defensive secondary coaching duties. Her leadership and management skills have positioned the Passion for future success in the Pittsburgh sports market and nationally.

Chaz Kellem – Manager of Diversity Initiatives for the Pittsburgh Pirates and Assistant Coach of the Steel City Starz, one of only 12 women’s wheel chair basketball teams in the country.
Chaz Kellem, the Manager of Diversity Initiatives with the Pittsburgh Pirates leads by example to help the community and region in making Pittsburgh better. At birth, Chaz was diagnosed with a rare bone disorder, Osteogenesis Imperfecta, which causes the bones to break easily. Even with the obstacles of this bone disorder and the use of a manual wheelchair, Chaz graduated from Edinboro University with a degree in Sports Administration. He provides leadership and knowledge on topics concerning disability advocacy, transition, moral responsibility, ethics, decision making, and marketing.
In his spare time, Chaz serves on several non-profit boards including the Edinboro Alumni Board, Consumer Health Coalition, UCP Pittsburgh, and the Three Rivers Community Foundation. He also serves on some state and city committees for the governor and mayor. In addition to his love and passion for the region, Chaz also has a passion for adapted sports as he coaches wheelchair basketball and plays second base for Pittsburgh’s only wheelchair competitive softball team.
Tony Quatrini – Marketing Director, Pittsburgh Steelers has worked in sports marketing and related radio advertising for more than 20 years. He promotes and protects the Brand we know as the, Steelers.
Tony was named Pittsburgh Steelers Director of Marketing in March 2000. He is responsible for all marketing, broadcasting and sales efforts for both the Steelers and Heinz Field. Formerly, he held marketing and sales management positions with Fox Sports Net Pittsburgh, Steelers Radio Network and WTAE.
Tony is currently a board member for the American Ireland Fund of Pittsburgh, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Pittsburgh, and the Highmark Caring Foundation.

FROM THE AIRPORT:
Take Route 60 South toward Pittsburgh that turns into I-279 through the Fort Pitt Tunnel. Keep to the left after exiting tunnel and merge left to cross Fort Duquesne Bridge. Exit to left (EXIT 7A) after crossing bridge turn left onto Allegheny Avenue and follow to North Shore Drive, which circles Heinz Field. (During construction please follow detour signs for 279N and then signs for North Shore.)
FROM 279 PARKWAY NORTH:
Follow I-279 South to the North Shore Exit (Heinz Field/PNC Park). Follow Reedsdale to the second traffic light and make left onto Allegheny Avenue and follow North Shore Drive, which circles Heinz Field.
FROM TURNPIKE:
Take the Monroeville Exit- head toward Pittsburgh. You will be on I – 376. Follow I-376 to North Shore ramp onto Fort Duquesne Boulevard. Keep to the left and merge left to cross Fort Duquesne Bridge. Exit to left (EXIT 7A) after crossing bridge and turn left onto Allegheny Avenue and follow North Shore Drive, which circles Heinz Field.
